The Leadership Acceleration Program (LAP) is an ILM Recognized program of learning, created and delivered by ADL Academy for current and aspiring leaders. The program aims to provide practical and highly relevant knowledge and skills transfer, through which the learner gets to practice skills and master competency in the workplace during the course of this time-friendly program.
