The Leadership Acceleration Program (LAP) is ADL Academy’s flagship leadership development journey, accredited for Continuing Professional Development (CPD). This comprehensive 10-month program develops 10 essential leadership competencies that modern managers and future leaders need to succeed, helping organizations strengthen their leadership pipeline and prepare high-potential talent for greater responsibility.

Each month, participants engage in a full-day interactive session followed by workplace application and group coaching. How the Program Works
10-Month Journey
